Mourwal is an independent clothing brand operating through a print-on-demand fulfillment model. All products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. By using our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All prices are listed in US dollars. Mourwal reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Products and Descriptions
Every Mourwal piece is made to order. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography and descriptions. However we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen are 100% accurate representations of the finished product and sizes may be approximate. Product specifications may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Fulfillment and Shipping
All orders are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier Mourwal is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Intellectual Property
All content on mourwal.com including the Mourwal name, M monogram, logos, designs, copy, and photography is the exclusive property of Mourwal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without express written permission. Any designs you submit or purchase through our store remain subject to our review and we reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property laws or contain prohibited content.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any applicable law, submit fraudulent orders, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, harass or harm any individual, upload or transmit harmful or malicious content, or engage in any conduct that restricts or disrupts the use of our site by others.

Product Warranty
We stand behind every Mourwal piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at send@mourwal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This warranty does not cover buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, or damage caused after delivery. For full details please see our Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Because every Mourwal product is made to order we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. We will replace or issue store credit for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For full details please see our Refund Policy.
