What is Mourwal?


Mourwal is a premium streetwear brand built at the intersection of street culture and luxury fashion. Every piece is designed with intention and made to order specifically for you. We are not a fast fashion brand. We are built to last.


What does Mourwal mean?


Mourwal is a name that carries roots from two worlds — Africa and the United States. It represents the journey from where you come from to where you are going. Old world roots. New world drive.


What is Season 1?


Season 1 is Mourwal's debut collection. It includes hoodies, joggers, track pants, duffle bags, gym bags, a fanny pack, and accessories — all carrying the Mourwal M monogram or wordmark. This is where it starts.


Orders and Payment


How do I place an order?


Browse the collection at mourwal.com, select your product, choose your size and color, and add to cart. Checkout accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?


Because every Mourwal piece is made to order production begins quickly after your order is placed. Contact us immediately at send@mourwal.com if you need to make a change. We will do our best but cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.


What currencies do you accept?


We display prices in USD. Your payment provider will handle currency conversion if you are ordering from outside the United States.


Sizing


How do I find my size?


Every product page includes a size guide with exact measurements in inches. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide rather than going by your usual size as fits can vary between products.


Do your products run true to size?


The Crown Hoodie has a regular fit — size as normal. The M Joggers have a relaxed fit — if you prefer a slimmer look size down. The M Track Pants have a relaxed fit as well. When in doubt go with your measurements over your usual size.


Do you offer size exchanges?


Because products are made to order we are unable to offer size exchanges. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you have any sizing questions before purchasing contact us at send@mourwal.com and we will help you choose the right fit.


Shipping


How long does fulfillment take?


All Mourwal products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.


How long does shipping take?


US domestic orders typically arrive in 3 to 4 business days after fulfillment. International orders take 5 to 20 business days depending on destination. Express shipping is available at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes. Mourwal ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.


How do I track my order?


You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number to monitor your delivery in real time.


Will my order arrive in one package?


Not always. If you order multiple items they may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


Returns and Refunds


Do you accept returns?


Because every Mourwal piece is made to order specifically for you we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.


What if my order arrives damaged or defective?


If your order arrives damaged defective or incorrect contact us at send@mourwal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace it or issue store credit. We stand behind every piece we make.


What if my order is lost in transit?


If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please allow a few additional days. If your tracking shows no movement and the package appears lost contact us at send@mourwal.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it.


How long does store credit last?


Store credit never expires and can be applied to any Mourwal product.

Are your products sustainable?


The Mourwal Crown Hoodie is made from organic cotton with recycled polyester lining. We are committed to expanding our use of sustainable materials as the brand grows.


Are products made in ethical conditions?


Mourwal products are produced by Printful, a print-on-demand partner with facilities in the US and internationally. Printful operates under strict quality and labor standards.


Will products be restocked?


Because Mourwal operates on a print-on-demand model most products are available on demand and do not go out of stock in the traditional sense. Limited edition drops may be available for a set time only.


EU Customers


What are my rights as an EU customer?


EU customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products. If your product is defective or does not conform to the description contact us at send@mourwal.com within 2 years of delivery.

Where can I find dispute resolution options?
