Our Commitment


Every Mourwal piece is made to order with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of everything we produce. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right. No runaround. No excuses.




What We Cover


We offer a full replacement or store credit within 30 days of delivery for the following:


- Item arrived damaged or defective

- Item was mislabeled or misprinted

- Wrong item or wrong color was sent

- Item was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered


To submit a claim email us at send@mourwal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review and respond within 48 hours.




What We Don't Cover


Because every Mourwal piece is made on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following:


- Change of mind or buyer's remorse

- Incorrect size ordered by the customer

- Dislike of color or design after purchase


We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing before you buy contact us at send@mourwal.com and we will help you choose the right fit.




Damaged or Lost Orders


If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.


If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package still cannot be located contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.




Wrong Address


Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.




Store Credit


In cases where a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any Mourwal product.




Processing Time


All Mourwal products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for fulfillment plus shipping time. Production times may vary during high demand periods.
