How Our Orders Work
Every Mourwal piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is created specifically for you after you place it. This is how we maintain quality and keep every piece intentional.
Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping — United States
T-Shirts — $4.75 — 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Joggers, Jackets — $8.49 — 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Hats and Caps (Dad Cap, Bucket Hat) — $4.49 — 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Duffle Bags — $13.49 — 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Each additional item in the same order ships at a reduced rate.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times are 5–20 business days after fulfillment depending on destination. Rates vary by region and product — you will see your exact shipping cost at checkout.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on select orders within the US and internationally. Select Express at checkout for delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time is fulfillment time plus shipping time. Example: 3 days fulfillment plus 4 days shipping equals approximately 7 business days total. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking
All Mourwal orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. Hats and caps are always shipped separately. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Mourwal is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Reshipment costs for returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Duties — International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's government and are the responsibility of the customer. Mourwal does not control or collect these fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please allow a few additional days. If your order is confirmed lost in transit contact us at send@mourwal.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it.
